Trust and confidentiality are the foundation of effective executive coaching. Whether you are an individual exploring independent advisory or an enterprise leader discussing organizational challenges:
Strict Non-Disclosure: All information shared during your intake, discovery consultation, and subsequent coaching engagements is held in strict professional confidence. We do not disclose client identities, company affiliations, or session discussions to third parties without your explicit written permission.
ICF Ethical Governance: As an International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentialed coach, Anchored Core Coaching adheres fully to the ICF Code of Ethics, including stringent guidelines regarding confidentiality, conflict of interest, and data stewardship.
Exceptions Required by Law: Confidential Information does not include information that the Coach is required by statute, lawfully issued subpoena, or by court order to disclose; or that is disclosed to the Coach and as a result of such disclosure the Coach reasonably believes there to be an imminent or likely risk of danger or harm to the Client or others; or that involves illegal activity.

When scheduling a consultation, we collect only the information necessary to prepare a substantive, tailored session:
Contact Information: Name, corporate or personal email address, phone number, and LinkedIn profile URL.
Professional Context: Current role, company/sector, and brief responses regarding your current leadership inflection point, organizational pressures, or coaching goals.
Scheduling Metadata: Timezone, appointment history, and preferred communication format.
We do not sell, rent, lease, or monetize your personal information to third parties, marketing lists, or data brokers under any circumstances.
3. How We Use & Retain Your Information
Information submitted through the consultation scheduler is used exclusively to:
Coordinate, host, and follow up on your consultation.
Conduct initial preparation to ensure our discussion addresses your specific operational or career context.
Transmit occasional leadership insights or direct professional follow-ups directly from our practice. (You may unsubscribe from direct communications at any time with a single click).
Inquiry notes and submitted context are securely archived or purged in accordance with standard business record retention guidelines.
4. Third-Party Platforms & Data Security
To deliver a secure scheduling and communication experience, we partner with industry-standard, SOC 2 / GDPR-compliant digital platforms:
Scheduling & Calendar: Calendly (handles appointment booking, timezone conversion, and calendar synchronization).
Virtual Meetings: Zoom / Microsoft Teams / Google Meet (encrypted video consultations; sessions are never recorded without prior, explicit verbal and written consent).
Communication & Storage: Enterprise-grade email and document storage secured with two-factor authentication (2FA).
5. Professional Scope & Non-Clinical Disclaimer
Coaching is a partnership focused on leadership development, strategic decision-making, professional resilience, and behavioral awareness:
Not Mental Health or Medical Treatment: Coaching is not psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, clinical psychological counseling, or psychiatric treatment, and it should never replace care from licensed medical or mental health professionals.
Not Legal, Regulatory, or Financial Advice: While our background spans life sciences operations and corporate delivery, discussions do not constitute formal legal, regulatory compliance, or financial advisory opinions.
